12x12 Protocol
Designed for Orthopedic Hip & Knee Surgeons by Dr. Charlie DeCook

When Minutes drift... Patients and Schedules feel it.
Every delay stretches staff, bends budgets, and leaves patients waiting in pain. 12×12 offers a field‑tested approach to reclaim those minutes—without rushing a single surgical step.
A practical protocol from a fellow hip‑and‑knee surgeon who learned—often the hard way—how to keep cases moving and team morale high.
